Jim Honan got 3,000,000 shares according to that last quarterly (as did Hasse also BTW). It doesn't look like he can be on the executive at all. Jim Honan looks to be working in a flexible capacity or as a consultant of some kind as required. Sounds like Jim just picks up the phone if AFFU get stuck on something.
As far as Colorado SOS Status it simply says Good Standing. AFFU appears to be getting an obligatory Colorado SOS reminder of February 28th 2026 because they recently chose to go alternate reporting. Wait a second as an alternate reporter they're only required to update at least every 6 months. Okay I see where you're coming from February 28th 2026 isn't 6 months it's earlier.
So your thinking is there's some kind of anomaly. I would tend to think it's got something to do with Oscar, that's the first place I would look. Perhaps that UK Telco or his CryptoCurrency is tripping up a computer red flag somewhere. Tough to say for sure with such scanty information to go on. The only other thing I can think of is some sort of maneuvering to satisfy auditors has tripped Colorado SOS computers. Shot in the dark TJ HTH!
