Hang on wait one, hold the phone dagnabbit.
"A reverse split is pending" . Those KEY words are almost certain to trip Colorado SOS computers to prod AFFU for more information from Oscar. That February 28th 2026 timeline could be a date Oscar has to satisfy for the proposed RS. Perhaps to notify shareholders as of that date that an RS is officially happening in a FILING. Possible right, still speculative but most likely IMHO. Yes TJ that's my final answer, haven't had breakfast yet man! 🙄
