One thing you didn't mention. FNMA Commons are not covered by the verdict. Whatever happens with this suit in the end will also happen with FNMA Commons as a suit will surely be posed to covered FNMA Commons based on the precedence of this case. In short, the pain will expand.

An even 'deeper look' at the "8-0 jury verdict" against the FHFA reveals that it is not a final judgment.  Until then, the case has iffy predictive power at best.
