I've heard this rhetoric in the past, probably from still another preferred who posts on the commons board because there is too little interest in the preferreds, so preferred shareholders took over the common board, and started insulting commons with all kinds of outrageous and nonsensical hypothesis such as this.
For example the "bucket of cash to preferreds conversion theory"..is probably the craziest. It goes something like this: The government will convert preferreds to common and commons will pay a bucket of cash to preferreds for each one converted. Each preferred holder will be given the winning lottery numbers, while common have no ability to play the lottery.
And now, the "FNMA commons are not covered by the 8-0 verdict".
Someone gave the government officials a "magic pill" that causes all government officials to act like zombies: "Must give money to preffereds. Steal from commons and give to preferreds"...repeating this insane statement over and over.
