This is what I've raised as well. Yes, I'd also prefer Mikah be eliminated before acquisition as well. But if it is not, side dealing in any significant way would mean Nasrat would have to intentionally screw over every other executive that he works with on a daily basis, along with the board members, any Elite workers that own shares, past Epic holders, all of us, etc. 

Not saying it can't happen, but I just doubt it.

The Rat has not acted in the best interest of shareholders up to this point so why not continue during the buyout?

If we have something to worry about, would it be fair to assume that the other management and employees who own shares of Elite would also?
