This is what I've raised as well. Yes, I'd also prefer Mikah be eliminated before acquisition as well. But if it is not, side dealing in any significant way would mean Nasrat would have to intentionally screw over every other executive that he works with on a daily basis, along with the board members, any Elite workers that own shares, past Epic holders, all of us, etc.
Not saying it can't happen, but I just doubt it.
