There is no pumping. The price per share has been down in the sewer for ages. Nothing will move this stock except for approval and/or a major licensing and/or major partnership and/or M&A, nothing. It’s anyone’s choice. Either NWBO is bluffing or they are in full belief approval is truly imminent.
