Maybe start by reading the company’s SEC filings. He makes around $2–3M per year, and in some years it’s been $7–10M. He has granted himself options equal to roughly 10% of the company’s outstanding shares, those options cost the company. Plus, his and his squeeze year-round vacations are paid for by the company.
You keep saying you “ran/running a business,” but it sounds like you don’t actually understand how modern public-company CEO compensation works.
