Stop trying to apply funnymentals on OTC stocks, just follow the money! My 2's 6's and 8's all lookin great here! Where else can you make multiple times ur money in a short period of time? Plus with checks coming next year OTC will be on fire again like 2021 imo, don't miss it this time!

Filing a Form 10 for Primior to go public would probably have been better option than an S-1. And in the case of merging with GRLT Primior will need to do that anyway if they really expect to uplist to an exchange. And should do that anyway while on the OTC if he wants to look like this is being transparent. Which so far, they have not. Most all institutional and big money want to see audited financials.
