Correct. Kludge-the-Stooge INTENTIONALLY screwed shareholders.

Then why did Klug stop filing?? Why did he let SNDD's stock registration get revoked? And without even trying to make a case for the SEC to not revoke?? Klug didn't even bother to acknowledge the SEC administrative proceedings to revoke??
