LP likely knows NICE will never pay for L given the high cost and nebulous trial, and MHRA wants LP to work it out with NICE before they green light it or just stay with Specials.
The goal was already achieved when Advent leased Sawston and created a CDMO. LP was likely pressured into folding Advent into NWBO either by a group of shareholders or financiers / both, IMO.
