Because they anticipate approval...which really gets to the two possible answers to the key remaining question. Construction=requisite for approval. Or, Consturction=in anticipation of approval.

There is a third choice.

Construction is creating a CDMO.

Black Mountain, I completely agree with you: either MHRA required them to start the quickie C-room so that EDENs could be in place in time for the manufacturing demand they expect beyond n/rGBM(IMO), or the company has reached the point in the application where they feel approval is imminent. Both possibilities are two sides of the same coin: they're both pointing to approval being very soon. (And please don't ask me when "very soon" is!) And it may indicate how soon they expect approval beyond n/rGBM or regionally beyond the UK in n/rGBM. Remember, the company has said that they expect the manual method of manufacturing to take care of most of the demand for n/rGBM in the UK.
The company has said several times, if memory serves me, that they will begin the Grade C space when the timing is right, so as to manage their money well. So, based on that comment I have to believe approval from our first regulatory body is near, and expansion that would require EDEN, installed and ready to expand exponentially, is 7-8 months from now.
