They don't need to scrape together any votes. The proposal are going to pass by an overwhelming majority
Though I basically agree, it might be closer than you think.
They need 50% of all shares outstanding to vote "for". The real issue is not "no" votes, it is apathetic non votes,
I will take a swag that the vote is passed with about 900M common shares with 760M needed. They also need to have a yes vote on common + 25xpreferred, but that is little different as few preferred exist.
