A commercial quantity delivered on a purchase order is a material event.
A sample size delivery is not a commercial quantity. It is still an unknown whether or not silk will stand up to prototype testing. I agree that even a small order where money changes hands will give the stock a boost. How much is the question. One question I haven't found a definitive answer to is if Kim can report the sale without naming the customer. I know of a Pink Sheets company that does not name names after sales have taken place.
