first of all, there is a difference between commercial and industrial size...secondly, it can be both a commercial size and still considered a sample...to a large manufacturer, a sample can be as much as 500 lbs...

yes he can...but whats the point of doing so?...what is the benefit?...the other company may want it but they dont really need it...we NEED that info out there...and if the other company is also a public company, they may need to disclose it anyway....the only reason we would want an nda is to protect anything we have divulged that is proprietary...but i doubt we have shared any such r/d info...
