Everything’s been moved to 2027 with today’s PR. We’re now welcoming the newest generation into the “99.X% loses club” right after the increase in authorized and then the reverse split takes effect.
ilovetech, Management said that EDENs will be manufactured in time for placing them in the newly created simple c-suite. Check back in the 10Qs, in the management discussion.
March. annual report:
The Flaskworks units will only be usable in the Grade C labs, and hence are not useful until the Grade C labs have been constructed, validated and are operational. Since the timeframe for fabricating the Flaskworks units is much shorter than the timeframe for buildout of the Grade C labs (including the simplified initial Grade C lab), the Company has been holding off on proceeding with the fabrication until closer to the time when the initial Grade C lab will be operational.
I suspect the C-suites will be turned into B-suites once they have the simple c-suite up and running and may be another one or two c-suites completed, but that's just my thought.
They also state in today's PR that they expect the EDENs to be up and running in their first C-suite, that they are starting to build now, by Q2 2026. I think that answers your question.
The Company’s business plan currently envisions manufacturing being established in the Grade C suite in the Sawston facility during Q2 of next year, with the construction of the Grade C suite taking approximately 6 months, followed by equipment installation and validation.
Most importantly, the work has already begun on the simple C- suite:
"the construction firm is onsite and the construction activities have begun."
