ATL - I can see that also. Putting myself in LP's shoes, I would want as many potential catalysts to use in succession held close, to use in shorter time releases, as a means to smother any potential sell the news schemes.
IMO If Eden gets the green light I would not be surprised if they start production in the B suites if only to mitigate some of the risk on start up with the new system.
