NWBO would have know that 2 years ago if this was going to hold up approval process . And if the completion and validation was/is pre requisite , they would have to report something in general terms ( that MAA review wil continue after completion/validation) . Also recent GZ email to board member here didn't imply anything of that sort . And Dr A's comment of couple of months don't go with completion/validation requirement . So my strong belief is that it is not required for MHRA to make a decision.
