The question investors should really be asking is how many OTC stocks actually have meaningful underlying value. The truth is that almost none of them do. GRLT stands out because it's positioned at the intersection of real, revenue-generating U.S. real estate, a scalable tokenization platform, and a global shift in capital flows.

The part most people are missing is the international angle. Investors in regions like Korea, Turkey, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East have long wanted exposure to U.S. real estate, but the barrier to entry has always been extremely high. You needed large amounts of capital, local legal structures, or direct institutional access. Tokenization breaks that barrier. Through Gaia, foreign investors can legally and compliantly buy fractionalized, asset-backed tokens tied to American real estate, something they’ve never had direct access to before. When global capital rotates out of equities during periods of economic uncertainty, it flows toward stable, return-producing hard assets. Tokenized U.S. real estate sits directly in that lane.

Another major factor is the economics behind tokenized exchanges themselves. These platforms operate with significantly lower overhead compared to traditional financial infrastructure, which means they can run at extremely high margins, often in the range of 70 to 80 percent for fully optimized models. That kind of efficiency can’t be ignored, and it becomes a major value driver if Gaia scales as intended.

All of this exists on top of something almost no OTC ticker can claim: GRLT does not depend on toxic financing or dilution to survive. It has the backing of the broader Primior organization, real assets on the ground, an active development pipeline, and access to capital. Most OTC companies are fighting for oxygen. GRLT has parent company support, a functioning business model, and a pathway to attract meaningful international inflows.

This isn’t a typical penny-stock story. The market hasn’t priced in what this combination, real assets, global access, scalable tokenization, and the economics of high-margin digital exchanges, can become.
