If this goes another 6+ months and then gets approved with Flaskworks, I think shareholders have a claim to sue the company. Les Goldman went on Big Biz show mid 2024 claiming the expectations were to get an MHRA decision in fall of 2024 when there was NO WAY, NO CHANCE they could have expected that.
George Z told an investor who shared the communication on this forum that the company feels "we believe it is much closer now than ever before". that statement is a tricky one. That statement in earnest denotes an imminent expectation. Of course it wouldn't hold any water legally because that statement is ALWAYS correct. Our Sun is much closer now than ever before to burning out and tmrw that statement will be even truer. if this goes into Fall of 2026 then they will need another ASM to vote on yet another share raise because selling shares at 5 cents will burn up the 2.6B ceiling very quickly.
