While agreed that there is no MHRA delay, a recent CMC expansion
requested by NWBO would cause an approval delay. Would that delay
not be material information that NWBO would have to PR?

No NWBO would not be required to correct (by PR or 10K/Q) a CMC-related extended timeline, because they have never given any timeline or guidance about when they expect the MHRA decision.
If you never set expectations, you cannot be accused of missing them, and therefore you have no disclosure obligation.

And just to be clear: I’m not “happy” about any of this either. I’m simply following the regulatory logic and eliminating alternatives. This scenario is not particularly bullish it’s just the only one that fits the facts we have.
