If the company is aware that the MHRA is substantially delaying its decision, wouldn't that
constitute "Material information" that should be divulged to the shareholders? The fact that
it has not been PRd, is also informative.


Wasn't the 2015 mess that resulted in at best a 5+ year delay and at worse a need for another trial more material? Was that disclosed? Has NWBO ever admitted the results of the IA or the reason for the FDA hold that were the core of that?
