It really would be much more simple to do it this way if that's what he chooses. The company is not marked as a shell in the filings so that's not an issue at this point regarding uplisting to QB. If he plans to do share distributions and all that with an asset purchase it would be a lot easier after SNTX is already QB listed. JMHO, GLTA

BossMan, with no sarcasm or disrespect intended, what is your view of what's happening with the SNTX's ridiculous stock price.

We can agree that if the stock price goes below $.01, the gig is up for the SNTX, IMO.

We can agree the SNTX stock has the possibility to hit sub penny given the massive selling recently and it's current day low of $.01638.
