Looks like there isn't any assets currently in it but from Javi's posts we can assume that there will be soon. Until then, people will sit on the sidelines. It doesn't take many shares being traded to move the price in a significant way. I also believe someone to multiple people are shorting it. I think Javi will make sure it stays above a penny.
