Here’s my theory - she didn’t give up Advent. It’s either because:

1) The next set of financiers forced her hands

OR

2) She knows DCVAX-L will be rejected and therefore Advent is not of much value to her now. In fact, it’s a liability because of ongoing operation costs. So she would rather have NWBO shareholders fund the payroll and operation costs moving forward than it coming out of her pocket.
