LOL. Didn’t it ever occur to you that LP likely had some side deal for when Cognate was sold? Don’t you think certain NWBO shareholders would’ve put up a stink realizing they saw no part of almost a billion dollars while losing 99% of their investment? 🤔🙈

I think it is quite likely that, regarding initiation of installment payments to Advent, the 90 day wait from agreement and subsequent switch over to 90 days from closing was a clarification/correction not a switch due to some intervening event in the maa timing expectation. Some, like Ex and I were surprised she initially stated from agreement. Then, in the next PR, she stated they were changing it to 90 days from closing.

I’ll leave it at that.
