I realize that maybe this is their "backdoor effort" to get someone, anyone to look at their total picture which includes all of the good data for the $$$ and scientific pathway to success.
What bothers me most is that the so called rapporteurs were actually from the EMA and were placed there as competent in this case, as I understand it; and suggested that with all the allowed data up to that point had a reasonably good chance for approval; however now those very same rapporteurs discussed $AVXL with the 30 CHMP members that things don't apparently look good NOW....
Again, I was under the impression that the CHMP members normally followed what the EMA rapporteurs suggest...
Additionally, I was thinking that Anavex might want to file an NDA with the FTC prior to the EMA's lack of flexibility and death blow!
