Bob yes! My thoughts are that FDIC gave JPM managing control of all WMI assets. And has been using those assets to generate MSR income to stay a viable company. I still believe there is four income streams for legacy WMI owners.
1. Per the 5th Circuit Court the MBS trusts belongs to the beneficiary WMI shareholders. The income streams are depositing cash into the three Wells Fargo trusts.
2. The non bank subsidiaries managed by JPM will be purchased by JPM with shares(Approximately $40B).
3. JPM will also use shares to payoff the PA&A(Approximately $74B).
4. RKT will purchase all of the remaining non JPM MSRs, Xome, NSM LLC, DST). With RKT shares!
