They will get pieces of certain things,BUT THEY WILL NOT GET WMI's SAFE HARBORED ASSETS
If the value truly are from 600bill to 1.2 tril, there is NO WAY a holding company would ever let go of that type of money..............And WHY would they.
Also nobody court include can force WMI to sell anything they own to any one for any reason.
WMI is in AN ADMINISTRATIVE HOLD they do not have to report or disclose anything, nor does it show up anywhere as to what they still hold a beneficial interest in.(1031 into a DST) To the best of my knowledge as a TRUSTEE, NOBODY can find out what was or is in that trust.........................
And that brings the point back if they created a 1031(look it up and what they do) and then moved that which is what a 1031 does (HOLDs MONEY or ASSETS) to a DST this is the simplest way TO SHOW THERE IS SOME SORT OF VALUE HELD IN THE DST, then add in what JPM OWES and what is in the WELLS ACCTS and I just busted anyone that cares to say THERE IS NOTHING LEFT HERE
Now folks like to say YA BUT TRY TO GET IT, WELL let me tell ya something about the LEGAL POSITION JPM would be in if IF IFIN theyt violate in any way the POR/GSA where the OWE for what they took, sold and can't replace and the unpaid balance of those loans......AND never forget , JUDGES do not like people going against their orders in a BK case that took YEARS to come to an end agreement and SHE WILL ENFORCE all of this, as it is her DUTY AS A JUDGE like her or not
