I expect the opposite. Accelerated tax loss selling in the next 4-6 weeks as minions create false expectations for the hundredth time. This way, more shares can be dumped to bag holders.
I’ve seen several credible posters like Senti allude to the fact that the consultants really botched the original MAA and LP/LG had to fix it. IDK anything just like even else but I like to consider all the possibilities. I LOVE YOUR EXPLANATION AND YOUVE BEEN SAYING IT FOR A LONG TIME... HOWEVER PERHAPS the defects in the MAA were deemed fixable and therefore not material. Not sure if you remember the big argument between Andrea or DD and biosectinvestor about how material events aren't really what the public or AI make them out to be. There's an argument that could be made that only a final MAA rejection is material and everything else is not. I don't like that argument from an investor standpoint but either way I do think we get approved in the next 4-6 weeks.
I have posted about this subject here https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=176913452 And the content from that post came from my brother, who is a part-time SEC attorney and also works in other legal fields. I know BioSectInvestors’ opinion on the matter, and I fully disagree with both him and exwannabee.
By the way, did you see Anavex’s PR about their trending rejection at the EMA? They were required to disclose that information even though they have not yet been formally rejected and have already appealed the trending rejection.

Yes, but please remember that those consultant screw-ups (which I also heard about at the time from my group) happened before they submitted the application at the end of December 2023. They originally planned to submit in September 2023, and then LP and Bosch discovered major failures, got together, and revised the application with Liau’s assistance (that’s at least what they told me) to make it worthy of submission.
So from the actual submission date onward, there really shouldn’t be any more application-level failures, at least in my view, especially if Bosch and Liau were involved. But the latter is just my personal opinion.
