You are BSing or have no idea what you are talking about. You are again being misled by your friends! ;)

No company would intently delay the regulatory approval or decision making, particularly when they have been struggling to survive and raise cash. Just imagine how much additional dilution would an extra 9 month wait would cause. Lets say, an approval came in 9 months ago and the share price doubled at the approval announcement then they would have diluted 100M less shares. And that would be worth a lot more than the $15M even at .50 share price. $50M vs $15M to be precise!

Plus you simply don't add in another (uncertain) piece to the mix when getting the basic approval itself has been a massive challenge. You could potentially jeopardize the whole process and add unnecessary delays.

I guess there’s no timeline and MHRA can drag the application for more years.
