This only means they are working in the Private sector. They have debts in here, what makes you think they will consider to comeback if they are doing pretty well where they at now? It is an excellent speculative point. Anyways, if Otiko ambitions are huge, then, perhaps he might undo all this financial mess in OTCM.

QNTA was an exact company like this one, they got great products and they are doing very well in the private sector now… Not need to face toxic debtors or shareholders
