So am I reading this correctly? 53.3 million shares offered today at the ask. That is almost 15% of the o/s. Tangible Book Value at 8-31-25 was a penny and this stock is offered at 68% of that or a 32% discount. Why wouldn't senior management at the company jump on this??? Buy a dollar's worth of assets for $.68. Q1 must have been really bad.
