It did seem like the company was slow playing the kit drug having taken over a year to complete IND enabling work. My mind was conjuring up all kinds of weird possibilities like purposefully waiting on more data from competitors, or even letting the STAT program catch up and either prioritize that or get some data on combinations in more refractory settings to set themselves apart in a crowded field. The answer was simply more fine tuning which is just fine as far as I am concerned
