None of those have happened directly with LWLG. Global Foundries was an early visionary in photonics but pursued the wrong path with their alliances. This move corrects their pathway and vindicates Anthony Yu who joined NLM's Advisory Board. Bottom line is Global Foundries bought Lightwave Logic's technology when they bought the photonics capacity at AMF. There is only one known ACCEPTABLE roadmap to 400 Gpbs per lane with 800 Gpbs already proven in the lab. 
No doubt there will be many articles about this acquisition in the next two weeks. The conversations at Roth on Tuesday and Wednesday will address this announcement. Exciting times ahead as Lightwave Logic's technology enters the conversation!
