I have always hoped blarcamesine would be approved. But it is 3-71 that I would like to hear more about. Apparently it can be dosed at extremely low levels and still be more effective even as it is safer! And Missling has to learn to have larger trials ! That said pivotal Schizophrenia trials should not take long. And a phase 2 3-71 trial in Alzheimers would be worth a shot IMO! Something better, safer and cheaper than the Mabs is needed.
