If, as seems likely, CHMP has not considered the 2025 2b/3 post-trial analyses but now will, that's all to the good going forward.

I'm assuming you mean that the CHMP may consider that data on appeal but not before finalizing the December decision. Is that correct?

Unfortunately, I doubt very much that in-trial post hoc ABCLEAR2 & 3 analysis will sway the CHMP.
