That's where many of us went wrong. At the 48 week mark, the lines have only begun to separate and Blarcamesine didn't exactly have the look of a miracle drug treatment for AD. But as time went on to the 144 week mark, the OLE data began to look stronger than dirt. Unfortunately, some of us assumed that such impressive OLE data would play a prominent role in the CHMP decision-making process. It didn't happen.

Boi I have noticed you and I thinking along the same lines as far our results in terms of MOA, if you haven’t already I would look at the relationship of the UPSsystem and autophagy within the definition of Proteostasis . Short and quick I found it interesting in terms of MOA and why our drug may be a laggard of sorts and the combination of GMP-1 with our little pill could be a home run for treatment efficacy
