Well, it would have to be a deeper dive into existing data. And hopefully that existing data is post submission and was also given to CHMP during the last year during the clock stops. So, maybe Anavex can drag something new that they discovered since the clock stop presentation interpretations they had given. Seems unlikely, but it's with 35 new judges and so maybe Anavex is sincerely convinced their stuff is working and they want to try going over it all again on a new group. Of course if they then get rejected again, the CHMP folk will be perhaps pissed that we wasted their time...with the FDA looking on rolling their eyes, perhaps!
After almost 2 years here as a believer, I finally bought more of my main bet - Sarepta - which had insanely gone from 170 to 17 and represented a much more likely "10 bagger" at 17 than anything else I could find. So put my Anavex money into Sarepta and am feeling a whole lot better. I still will watch developments in our stuff though. Sihmar1 certainly seems to have some role to play in therapeutics - it's just not revealing it lately.
