Agreed, the BS continues after clearly proven to be wrong. Late Notice is dated and signed on the 14th as required.

Johnney Zhang complied with OTC rules, it's not an issue.

"Notification must be submitted no later than 4:00pm EST on the business day following the applicable reporting deadline to qualify for the extension." Which is exactly what occurred. Today is the following business day after the quarterly filing was due.

Just because it didn't appear at 8am EST today, doesn't mean it was late. Jeeez, that one needs a check up from the neck up. Unbelievable 🙈🙊🙉
