That doesn't mean it was uploaded on the 14th...

And speaking of "dates and signatures"... From Johnney and Greg...

Johnney said the Q2 disclosure statement was uploaded August 14th to OTCMarkets before he reviewed them. Yet his "Signature" is there certifying that he did, dated Aug 12th.. So, either Johnney is lying or his signature was forged. Either way not a good look.
