Nice how a retail shareholder like yourself gets to ask questions when other retail shareholders are not. Perhaps Missling thinks you’re an actual analyst or maybe he just likes you because you tout the company line.
If you have a chance in the next conference call, I would be interested in hearing what the company thinks was the disconnect between being asked to apply (did they simply misunderstand what the EMA was saying to them?) after Anavex reportedly shared all of the data with them and then after spending a lot of money and time putting together a million page MAA, they now have a negative trend indication from EMA. It just doesn't make sense to me that EMA would "pull" Anavex into applying if now the data is not considered sufficient. Was there someone at EMA asking them to apply that did not have the authority to do so or was it that EMA took a cursory look at the data and really didn't look too thoroughly?
