I did entertain a similar thought if he’d waited until the data was available to be included it definitely pushed us back allowing for the 210 days. I’m not sure which recently hired individual it is but my understanding is he has been thought and had drugs approved in the EU. He may have been well aware of the restrictions of the initial application had and knew further details could be applied using the re-evaluation process.
