Agreed. As soon as a vote to increase authorized share count is announced, you can count on 3 things:
1) The share price will start another downward spiral
2) Endless dilution in pennies will continue until those new shares are exhausted in a couple of years
3) The shorts and LP’s financiers will be in drivers seat again, whereas the 3rd generation of bag holders will be wiped off again in another year or so
