Exactly, one of the easiest ways to purchase a company sometimes is when it is in distress. Forced there by vendors does not leave much in the way of options for the company or the vendor Reason’s being is the vendor knows if the customer owes him he probably owes others and it then also becomes what position the vendor is in. Is he in 1st place with his lien? Is he in 2nd behind a bank loan, 3rd behind unpaid employees. These are the most motivated ones to settle . They don’t want the property as that would cost them the fees to sell, maintain or improve . Hiru is not stupid I’m sure they see this as an opportunity and that is the reason for the move on Falcon. We bought a manufacturing company under these same circumstances and it is not as complicated as someone here has tried to make it sound . Some people just like to make drama and bash in a passive aggressive manner. This is all just my opinion as none of us no what’s going on behind the scenes.

Then why wasn't it done already if it's that easy? Do you think Hiru just entered into the deal with Falcon?

We know on Oct 2, 6 weeks ago they had already started talks with Falcon but likely it was sometime before that.

You're trying to simply legal things.
