This means when he files the extension on November 17th that would grand him 5 calendar days from original November 14th filing date. Meaning we can expect the Q on the 19th.

"Technically", either the Q or an NT was required to be filed on the 14th. Since neither was filed when due, a YIELD sign will be displayed Monday morning. So unless OTC Markets just created an "NTNT" report (a not timely for the not timely report), no, there is not an additional grace period.

However, other than a silly "Yield", sure, he can file whenever he feels like! Furthermore, 99% of shareholders, like all 10 or so people, obviously don't give a shit when Melvin files! That's clear from the posts here, right?
