You are not correct. There will be no yeild sign If they file the extension on the 17th. They are allowed a grace period of 1 business day. Then they have those 5 calendar days from the original filing date which would push the due date to the 19th. If you look at the latest Q it says there are 1000 shareholders to date, not 10.
