Missling’s plan is to keep this going indefinitely so that he can continue to collect a fat salary, out-sized bonuses, benefits, and ever more stock options. Biotech companies like Anavex excel at keeping the lights on and creating new opportunities out of thin air. Missling should be canned and the board revamped but that seems unlikely.

Missling is a master at keeping retail hopeful and enthusiastic, and he knows people desperately want to believe. He’ll find a shiny new object to dangle in front of retail. You’ll see.

What a pathetic spin job. Where's your morals? Are you really trying to push this lie that their whole plan was to get the drug rejected so they could appeal?

Do you hear yourself?

The relevant timeline:

The MAA was submitted Nov 26th, 2024. Prior to this:
- The peer review paper was accepted (Nov 25th)
- The S1WT (aka ABCLEAR1 sub-grouping) study was completed (announced Oct 31st).
So any data in the paper and the ABCLEAR1 study was very likely part of the submission. No doubt in fact that the submission was delayed for them.

After the Nov 2024 MAA submission, and thus apparently not included in it:
- OLE/GWAS results - with sub-grouping ABCLEAR2/3 - released (Jan through Oct 2025)
- Autophagy MOA lab study (Aug 2025)
- AmyloidBeta MOA lab study (Aug 2025)

That is clever and strategic though reckless.
If that's one of the routes that you can choose from. You save a half year!
What were they thinking when they apply for EMA approval knowing below:

1) they knew that none of the information that was published over the last year could be in the filing and available for consideration,
2) they knew all the open issues and what was important to CHMP

Well..................hope so or happen to be so?
