yes, quite likely, THEY are...but they are not the ONLY source of dilution...thus my statement is still true...

giving shares to consultants like Dr Kumar doesnt mean he will sell them all...giving shares to yorkville in return for cash and then having yorkville sell many of those shares to clients who hold them is different than your insistence that everyone who receives shares, immediately sells them....
