Maybe you need to reread the disclosure from 24/7. They definitely are selling the shares they get. There's no difference between giving shares directly to a consultant who turns around and sells them or by selling the shares to Yorkville and then giving that cash to a consultant. You might save a Yorkville fee and some accounting entries but otherwise the end result is the same......dilution.
